How to Apply for JLMC FundsThe NYS/UUP Joint Labor-Management Committees (JLMC) provide funding to employees in the Professional Services Negotiating Unit. The JLMC programs promote diversity, assist employees who have been notified of being retrenched or are perceived to be at high risk of retrenchment, support professional development, refine safety and health skills, and provide access to technological tools.
